Hotel is overall good. Great amenities: we used the pool and the second floor lounge bar. Breakfast is great. Air Conditioning did not work properly at the night, but it worked well during the day. I raised this issue with the hotel management staff. Room was clean overall but under the bed and behind furnitures was full of dust

Great location for Twickenham Stadium. Car parking was a bonus, especially for the rugby match day. As my wife Fiona's birthday were given complimentary breakfast and couple of drinks vouchers which were much appreciated. Thank you. First time staying here, and will defintely stay again.

Room was clean and spacious. However, the air conditioning didn't work for the whole stay. We asked multiple times for an engineer to fix it but they never did. The hotel accommodated with some fans but they were very loud. Power tripped out multiple times and had to change rooms. However, the gym next door and The Huddle restaurant were solid amenities.

On arrival the reception staff were lovely and welcoming providing clear guidance on hotel amenities and where to ask information. In the room - this was spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious. Bathroom accessories were a nice touch with lovely fluffy towels, nice smelling toiletries and a super hot shower. There was excellent tea / coffee facilities too ! Room was quiet with a fab view of Twickenham.

Overall an exceptional place - for adults. Beautiful, clean, spacious. The gym, pool, spa etc is separate from the hotel, but you can use it. Am breakfast was exceptional, HIGE number of choices. Gym has great equipment and services, even a climbing wall. However if you have kids under 16, I’d go elsewhere. Kids can swim before 9 or after 7 and even then it’s just one small lane in the lane pool. Even my 10 year old that swims competitively had planned to train for him upcoming IM for 45 min but wasn’t allowed to use the. Swim lanes - apparently he was both too young and we were also told he was too fast!?? Nothing much more the them to do there….. But if you’re alone or just adults, great spot. Oh…. And they don’t take cash, cc only, even at the bar and restuarant.

Spent two nights at the Radisson whilst we attended a family wedding, we had a family room which was well appointed and clean, the food served at the Huddle was what you would expect to see on a sports bar menu but cooked very well, the breakfast offered was really good but what pushed the hotel to excellent for us was the attentive, helpful and engaging staff, every member of the team we interacted with went above and beyond to meet all our needs and they made my kids feel really welcome.
