Poor coordination between front desk staff and housekeepers.Called front desk for towel replenishment but no response after many minutes.The next day, no replenishment of amenities in addition to towels. The front desk staff did not even smile at Asians.This is in sharp contrast to the staff at the breakfast room who were very responsive and nice.

Really friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Clean hotel with comfortable beds in a lovely area of London, close to the tube line, we stayed in the area as so easy to get to the 02, one stop on Jublie Line. Area is really nice, lots of resturants, shops and things to do and see. Would stop again.

Relaxing stay

We had a wonderful night. Lots to do around the hotel. Staff very attentive and friendly. Room had a damp smell when first opening the door but soon disappeared? Would stay again even though a bit expensive in the bar and the cost for 1 night.
