The room had an odd smell at check in but the staff was friendly and immediately relocated us to a different room, the service was great and the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast spread was quite nice.

Rooms were very well cleaned except for some staining on the bedding, but maybe more of a housekeeping issue than cleaners? All staff were very helpful and one man in the lobby was extremely helpful although I unfortunately never got his name.

Very beautiful property right on the water, central to Canary Wharf. The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained. The lobby has a very nice restaurant and lounge. The rooms are nice and spacious and very clean. There’s even an extra security lock mechanism already on the door which made me feel a little extra safe as a solo traveler. Cleaning services were offered daily which was also really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me navigate the tube by giving me helpful directions. Would definitely stay here again when I return.

Staff very helpful and returned our car keys. A big thank you to the female receptionist! The hotel itself is bland and is a bog stand business model. The outside of the hotel looks great but that architectural flair isn’t carried into the interior which is dated, drab and beginning to look worn. The hotel bathroom, even in the deluxe room doesn’t have a stand alone shower and is cramped. The view we had over the docks was however very pleasant and there is lots going on once you leave the hotel.

The location is great. The hotel is kept and maintained brilliantly. Sadly, my stay and sleep was ruined by some very loud drilling and banging in the very earlier hours of Saturday morning. When I told the staff about this all they said was that they would look into and walked off. Overall, brilliant hotel. Just a terrible experience which I hope is a one off.
