Nice size room was clean, location & view were great! However, the kitchenette refrigerator never worked and the air conditioning kept turning off. Maintenance came several times and the AC finally stabilized; but the refrigerator could not be repaired. The hotel staff was accommodating and friendly.

Overall pretty good stay. View from the river suite really is incredible! There were a few hiccups, light in the bathroom didn't work when I first came in (though the staff fixed it same day) and the AC monitor wasn't working well so I kept having to ask reception to update it (temperatures really fluctuated while I was there). Bed was very comfortable, and room overall spacious, would probably stay again.

Really enjoyed staying in the hotel - location was great for visiting South Bank. The room was clean, a little dark but comfortable. Air con took a little while to understand but was effective when temperatures rose above 30 degrees. Staff were approachable and friendly. We didn't have breakfast but did buy food in the cafe which was well priced and tasted good. Would recommend.

Great location near St Pauls & the millennium bridge. Staff was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. It was close to public transportation, and cabs were readily available. Cafe was good and convenient, but only open until 18:00 then the bar opened. I would recommend this hotel
