This location gets really high stars from me because it is in a wonderful location in London. It truly is a great spot, near Paddington station and near a lot of small restaurants. It is also very clean and professional. The only thing that doesn’t quite give it all the stars is the lack of AC and it is a little small. Other than that it is a really great spot.

The property was located in a good area, a few minutes walk from the Paddington train station. The room was clean and comfortable; I appreciated having a fan in the room. It was summer when we stayed at the hotel, so we had the window open every night. Our room was street-facing, so we would be woken up at least 1-2x a night by police sirens

The hotel is looking a bit tired on the inside with the carpet on the stairs seeing better days however the room we stayed in was very clean and tidy with tea/coffee making facilities, the beds were comfy and after reading other reviews I was worried about bed bugs but there were none. Our room was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel was excellent, with a five minute walk to either Lancaster Gate underground or Paddington station. On booking it mentioned a continental breakfast but when I asked at reception there was no breakfast. Overall I would say this is an excellent budget hotel, we really enjoyed our stay and I will be definitely booking to stay here again.

The bathroom was the tiniest we’ve ever seen. You could sit on the toilet, stick a leg in the shower and grab the sink all at the same time. The location was good, hotel was a little sketch, only gave us one key, for three, and kept the key when we went out for the day.

Cleanliness was lacking, shower head was heavily scaled (doesn’t take much effort to descale a showerhead), bed sheets stained. Good: The location of this hotel is excellent, close from Underground and Train stations, in gral the hotel is fine and clean. Cons: The hotel is like a multistory building converted to hotel, is too small and theres no lift to carry bagagge. They have no airconditioning, just a fan for the awful heat season, consider this. The property was poorly manteined, but all was clean.

The property was centrally located to Paddington station and connecting transport to airport and downtown London. That was the best part. Hyde Park is very close by for a walk or jog. Local shops are great. The only thing we didn’t like was the room size was very small, bathroom was tight and there was no AC which we knew. Being the heat wave that we just experienced, something more than a wall fan would have helped as that just blew warm air around. Beds were small, but we were able to manage. I think for the price, we could’ve gotten a little more space and comfort elsewhere.

its a small hotel just opposite the paddington train station it’s very convenient and the staffs were very nice and polite the room where we stayed it was a bit small but the beds were very comfortable and clean the toilet was spotless great thanks from MrDiep
