The reception team was lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was confortable. The bathroom is tiny but has all necessary amenities. Perfectly located to explore London. The only major downside was that there is no elevator and my room was on the top floor fortunately the reception team helped carry my luggage to my room but I had to carry it down, stairs are narrow. There was work being carried out either at the hotel itself or next door and the noise started early in the morning which was inconvenient. Overall a good stay.

Great little hotel

Very nice boutique hotel, great service. Lovely courtyard and looked like a nice restaurant. Loved the location, super convenient to Victoria and loads of cafe’s, restaurants and grocery stores around. Room was a bit too warm for me and load due to street noise

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
Whilst the location of the hotel was good & the staff very helpful - no issues there - the room was absolutely terrible. Tiny, no space to put a suitcase, a tiny sink. I had to leave & find a new hotel losing 3 days of money. My attempts to get a refund have been unsuccessful even though the staff told me my room was smaller than most. For one traveller with carry on - the room might suffice. For 2 travellers from Australia with 2 normal size suitcases, this hotel was terrible. The staff were brilliant but with no rooms to move me to, I had no option but to move hotels & have now lost my money for the remaining 3 nights. I consider this terrible customer service given the price of the hotel - I had 2 rooms booked so the cost was significant. Ultimately I am extremely disappointed by how my complaint has been handled.

Lovely spot in Belgravia, near Victoria station and about 20min walk to Buckingham Palace. I had a single room in the attic with a cute little bathroom - it had everything I needed. There’s a specialty shop B&S across the street for well priced salads and to go items. The Buttery is perfect for breakfast! It’s very central and was perfect for my 2 nights.

Girls Trip in London! Beautiful Hotel

Stayed only one night but I wish it was longer. I will definitely book here again. The hotel was perfection-beautiful and classic and clean. Location was quiet street-neighborhood feel street with walkable pubs and shops. One note on the hotel was that there is no elevator-so if you have large luggage that maybe a challenge. We were here on a girls trip and I forgot that it did not have an elevator-staff was very welcoming and accommodating that they put us on the ground level! Highly recommend this hotel-will be staying here again!

Amazing boutique hotel! It's very cute with cozy decor. My room looked newly remodeled. The staff was very kind and helpful. As in many places in Europe, there was no AC or lift. However, the staff was very accommodating and offered to carry my bags up the stairs. I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant, but it looked nice and was very busy. It was in a great location and was very walkable to many restaurants and shops. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Great location the single room is very small with the curtains six inches over the bed. Probably best to go for the cosy double room. The breakfast is expensive.

This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home and looked after. Only caveats are that the rooms are small and that it being a gorgeous old building, it doesn't have a lift/elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or issues with stairs, ask for ground floor rooms.

Overall lovely hotel. Cosy double was very cosy but perfect for a short one night stay. Very clean and nice decor. Only faults were the mattress was quite hard for my liking and the curtains were ripped.
