Loved everything about our stay. Pool and hot tub were good-sized for Europe. Open late too, so we took advantage of them. Great location and not crazy just outside, but close enough to the sights for walking. Would gladly stay there again.

Lovely location and nice big spacious hotel. We had an issue with our original room which was sorted with minutes and we were moved. Cooked breakfast was delicious but not as hot as we would have liked. Love the omelette station.

Beautiful hotel! It was very clean and spacious in our room. The staff were helpful and kind. The area felt safe and we could take a bus or train to all the sights easily. The only thing we found difficult was the shower because the doors didn’t always close all the way and there was a lot of water on the floor. However I would still stay there again!

It was a nice hotel in a good location close the underground/Tube. Very clean and good pool and breakfast buffet was the highlight . Room was big for Europe for a family of 4 with two queen beds which is not easy to find in Europe. One thing was interesting for me was lacking of the ice machine in the hotel. Maybe this is common in England, but I never seen a hotel with no ice machine in other places.

Truly a four star experience. A wonderful hotel accommodating our three generation family of seven. The concierge and breakfast staff provide excellent friendly service and delicious meals. The location is perfect for seeing London with two nearby tube stations and the river bus. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommended the hotel to anyone visiting London.

Clean comfortable functional room. Only thing that really annoys me is cleaning staff entering the room while you’re in bed and having to run to the door naked to stop them coming in because they are not listening to you shouting don’t come in. We had only been in the room 30 minutes. All very well apologizing but I feel this is a massive intrusion into our privacy a poor reelection on the hotels administration.

I would like to express our gratitude for the Duty Manager Ahmed, who helped us solve our room and AC situation ( during heat wave week ) He made sure our stay is as comfortable as can be. Rooms are clean and all staff are friendly and professional. Location was great, near many cafes and restaurant and two supermarkets. Tube was minutes walk. I will surely stay there again when I am in London.
