Location was great and so was the breakfast. However my room was a bit dated and the air conditioning didn’t work very plus it was noisy. My VIP status wasn’t recognised either so I didn’t get a room upgrade nor free drink, which was disappointing.

Great hotel and location right near the Tube! We enjoyed our stay. The bar has a large selection of cocktails and the housekeeping staff does a wonderful job with the daily service. Such a hard hotel to rate because we loved the location, very close to the underground and the pool/spa/gym was an amazing bonus!! However our room wasn’t great- not very comfortable (bad pillows/bed) and very very hot. We asked 7-8 times to turn down the temp and they kept saying they would but no one ever addressed it. The hallways were messy and our room was next to the train and elevator which could be loud so we got very poor sleep- the staff didn’t seem eager to help. However, the concierge was amazing and so helpful! You might have a lovely experience if you aren’t on floor 2 and like to sleep hot. Otherwise we probably will not return.

We had a fantastic stay here. The room was beautiful and the staff were so welcoming. As it was my birthday, they left a lovely card, sweet treats and a bottle of red wine in our room which was such a thoughtful gesture and really made my day. Little touches like that make all the difference. Highly recommend! Will be coming to stay again :)
