The hotel is a short distance from Terminal 2 and 3. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were so polite, friendly and helpful. We shall definitely stay here again if travelling from Heathrow.

The Leonardo is mainly very well maintained, we choose this hotel every time as adjoining rooms are always available and also parking in their underground car park is never an issue as there are always plenty of spaces available, also with my Expedia gold status parking is free during the duration of our stay.
