The entrance to the hotel is well kept, clean and well presented. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, informing us of the evening and breakfast menus should we wish to eat there. Our twin room was on the small side but had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The bathroom was exceptionally clean with plenty of towels and assorted complimentary shower gels, shampoo and conditioner. Beds were comfortable and the room had air conditioning. The breakfast was self-serve with lots of options for all appetites and allergen needs. There were choices for juices, tea, coffee and milk. Lots of fresh fruit and pastries available. The hotel is well situated, around a 10 minute walk to Regent Street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend a visit if you happen to be in London.

A very nice boutique hotel in the heart of London within walking distance to Regent Park and Oxford Street. The rooms and toilets are kept very clean with crispy white linen and towels. The beds are very comfy. Rooms have good air-conditioning too. English breakfast was good with plenty of choices. All the staff are very courteous and go out of the way to help. We stayed for 5 days. Initially we were given a very small room but when I complained the very next day a larger room was allocated as soon as it became available. Overall an excellent stay and will highly recommend as the cost is also reasonable for a 4* hotel in middle of Central London. Will stay again.

We stayed over for 1 stay and it did the job! Room was warm and clean, staff were all kind, polite and helpful. Breakfast was great with loads of options. Only improvement I would offer is bed need to be more comfy for longer stays.
