Good location, ok room. This hotel is easy walking distance from Paddington Station and Kensington Gardens, and is a good bare-bones option. Everything costs extra, including using the safe in the room! No fridge in room either and closet space is meager. That said, staff on desk were very friendly and helpful and there are lifts available.

Very nice establishment, however if you're put in a room that’s facing to the street it can get rather noisy. The breakfast, staff and overall experience was excellent. It was nice to have a full size tub as I caught a head cold wile traveling and it was to have that amenity. Would highly recommended.

They are renovating, so expect noise from about 8 in the morning! Would have been nice to be informed about this when/before booking the room. Would normally give this hotel an ok review, because the location and room size gives you good value for money. They now charge 5 £ for storing luggage, this used to be free.
