This hotel is newly refurbished and met my needs for a simple, comfortable hotel in a good location. The breakfast was generous and tasty, with excellent pastries. I recommend it to economy minded travellers who want a clean, pleasant hotel with decent sized rooms and great hot water.

Hotel was well situated to major transportation hubs and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. There wasn’t a “restaurant” on site so you would need to go elsewhere for lunch and dinner.

The location of the hotel is absolutly perfect for a city trip in london. Subway, trainstation an busses are near the hotel, walking in 5 min. You got nice litttle restaurants, supermarkets etc. all over. Westminster gardens and hyde park are 8min walk away. Breakfast ist incredible good to start the day. Employees are conpetend and absolutly friedly. We got nothing to declare about.

The property is in a good neighborhood. Very close to underground metro and paddington station which connects you everywhere . The room is small but clean. Staff is very friendly. The only problem we had was, the room was hot given a warmer temperature in London. They had a small fan but super noisy. Besides being hot. It is a very good hotel. I would stay here again.

Unexpectedly modern, clean, bright, quiet, and comfortable. Nice lobby. Chromecast on tele nice touch. Fast free wifi with solid connection. Comfy beds. Easy walk from Paddington Station on a quiet street that feels safe. Proximity to Hyde Park, Italian gardens, walkable to Notting Hill. Five pounds per locker to store luggage. 10:30am strict check out. Kind of early but also, kind of standard.

Excellent value for money and a very convenient location. That said, it’s not the quietest place. The doors inside transmit a lot of sound, so every time neighboring rooms opened their door, it sounded like it was my door . Having to keep the window open for airflow also meant hearing noise from people outside. A solid, budget-friendly option overall, just keep the noise level in mind when booking.

I love the location, near Paddington and Hyde Park. Hotelo is comfortable and ideal for a business stay. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on food but room was decent and excellent value. Most importantly, the air conditioning was great (it was 35c outside)!
