Room was well cleaned, Staff were friendly. Breakfast could do with more cooked items. Had a few little issues like noise nuissance, door card not working constantly & water top ups had to be requested, which were all eventually sorted to be fair. Room was very clean. The staff were friendly. Room we had was in the basement, which was fine, however, some light was able to shine through the bedroom window at night. Another issue is that the bathroom sink did not drain the water away properly.

It was a bit noisy on the first night with a couple fighting at 02:30 in the morning but that wasn’t the hotels fault. Only down side was no hot water for a shower on the second morning. We had a train to catch so didn’t have time to raise the issue. Hotel clean and well set up.

Lovely hotel. Staff excellent. There were just a couple of unexpected things that were quickly remedied by staff. The shower took a couple of minutes before water was warm enough to take a shower. The room was cold and thermostat was at max, but staff provided space heater which made room comfortable. Would recommend this hotel.

Chose this hotel for the location, close to Hyde park, Notting Hill and Paddington. Right on multiple train lines which is handy to get around, but a short walk to SoHo when we wanted. Superbly decorated rooms, great location and good value. Only downside is the noisyness. The tube is fine, but the toilet waste pipe from upstairs rooms, noise from staff etc and outside noise was considerable. The door didn’t shut tight and a bit of extra noise insulation on the window may go a long way. Would definately use again having said all that..
