The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. Property is old and dated but clean an it was quiet and right across from the train which was what we wanted… not luxurious at all but more than sufficient.

Ideal location for early morning Eurostar connections, as it couldn’t be any closer to the train station. The room could do with some repairs, but it was manageable for the price and location and suited our needs for a short stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout.

The front clerk (Hosam) was outstanding and very helpful. The AC worked well. The nearby restaurant (just around corner & now called Altonapoli) was very good and gave us 10% off for staying at Kings Cross Inn. Very close to the train stations (just across street). Rooms are average, but clean. When the AC unit stopped working in our room, they transferred us to a new room for the 2nd day of our stay. That room was definitely better. Over all, for a 2 day stay it was fine!

If traveling and need a short stay then location is right outside the kings cross train station. They also have a free luggage storage which is great for travelers. The rooms are more like a hostel with single beds that can be put side by side. Steep and narrow staircase so be mindful if you have heavy suitcases or bags. No other amenities in this property.

Great hotel in the centre of London. The bed was very comfy we had a great sleep every night. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. On check in our room air con was broken, when we spoke to reception there was no issue and we were moved room no problem at all. The rooms were dated and tired, however, the bathroom looked to be newer and the shower was great. The air conditioning was good however did not stay on all day and did take a while to cool the room after being out all day. It was not "cold" but did make the room comfortable. For the price we paid it was a great stay and location is perfect!
