Great stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The staff were amazing — friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, even with a sofa bed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I needed a reasonably-priced room to crash in after an overnight flight and this fit the bill perfectly. Everything was brand new and sparkling clean. I would not want to share the room with another person but it was just right for one. Staff were helpful and friendly. Properly easily accessed from airport via subway. Neighborhood nice and quiet, shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing stay! This is my new favorite place in West Kensington! The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious. The price matched exactly what I received. What I loved in particular is that the breakfast options are quick and easy for those of who're on a business trip and don't have long to decide. Friendly, helpful staff. In a residential area, hotel looks very plain from street but inside is bright, in good condition and welcoming. As with other hotels in this brand, found the ‘standard’ sized room to be bright, good size, clean, with modern, simple fittings and fixtures of decent quality, including good bed and sheets. Bathroom and shower also looked new well maintained and spotless with very pleasant, generous sized toiletries. Everything looked quite new which gives a good impression, nothing was worn or grubby. Sainsbury’s Local and suprisingly good takeaway (burgers, chicken), 3 mins down road and even more shops etc few minutes further. West Kensington station about 8 mins walk.
