Overnight stay at this location but was kindly upgraded upon arrival and staff was very accommodating overall. Room was clean and renovated. Conveniently located 5 mins away from tube station as well. Would stay here again.

The hotel was amazing, the staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The room was fine and the breakfast was great. I'm glad that I didn't take notice of the bad online reviews as we would of missed out.

The hotel was recently renovated so everything is brand new and very clean. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street which provided a quaint and calm atmosphere after exploring the busy city which is nice. Public transportation was accessible as the Tube station was about a 10 minute walk away and the nearest bus stop was less than a 10 minute walk away. You can also walk 10-15 minute for some cafés, restaurants, and markets nearby. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel

The front office people were super kind and helpful. The room was very clean, as the rest of the hotel. Very quiet and nesr dubway and restaurants and grocery store.

The only flaw we encountered is that the doors are not very noise aisolating, and you can hear all the noises coming from the corridors. Mostly it was annoying in the morning during the cleaning shift.

Turned away with servic animal after been checked in the night befor, refund never recived and disabled guest made to prove disabilitys through doctors calls why away to take mind off appointments and doctors in the first place the hotel also showed up pet friendly we were checked in with our dog and staf said we should of made the aware ?? Even tho staff addresed dog as we checked in

Struttura praticamente nuova, personale tutto giovane e cordiale, camera piccolina ma confortevole, colazione ottima, struttura molto silenziosa, sebbene ci fossero parecchi clienti, non si sentivano rumori o suoni dalle camere vicine, la via è molto tranquilla e poco transitata, la stazione della metro si trova a 300 metri, il centro si trova a 7/8 fermate dal metro, facilmente raggiungibile, lo consiglio vivamente. Immaculate hotel in a fantastic area. Everything you could ask for. The only downside was that the room was a bit dark with a small window, but otherwise a great deal for the price.
