The staff was helpful, polite and responsive. The breakfast was basic but nice to have before heading out for the day. It’s a small property but they’ve made the best use of the space. The air conditioning was most welcome during the summer.

Lovely location (perect for Olympia), excellent aircon and comfy bed. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful - they couldn't have done more for me, especially Anastasia. I had an issue with the rattling door on room B3, which woke me up in the early hours and kept me awake. Anastasia managed to change my room over for the 2nd night. I would happily stay again.

We booked a night to stay here for a nearby event, and location wise it's great. I received a message in the morning saying our room was available much earlier then check in is advertised, so we decided to go earlier and drop our things off. The receptionist advised that our room was not ready but put us in one of the luxury rooms that was ready instead, so despite the mistake there were no problems. The room was spacious and well kept, and we liked the decor. The AC worke The only issue with the room

Booked 3 double rooms all clean and tidy. The only complaint was the ground floor basement room was next to the kitchen and very noisy at breakfast time with no window or view! Make sure you dont get this one! Breakfast was lovely though. 😁

We found the hotel spotlessly clean. The decor is very nice & tasteful. Even though the rooms are very small it catered well to one’s needs. It is conveniently situated in a nice quiet area of Kensington, The staff we met were very friendly & helpful. Definately worth a second visit when next in London.

Nice hotel. Too far from underground station. Do not use Olympia, it’s unreliable. Room was far too small. One double bed and that’s it. Dry right to walk around it. TV had only two working channels. Overhead shower did not work. Shower water went everywhere due to the ill thought out design of the shower. No safe in the room for valuables. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. No orange juice!! Good VFM for a west end hotel. Quite location. Just be ready for a mile hike from Kensington High Street tube station.
