Stayed in the triple room with friends - perfect stay. Clean room and bathroom, spacious, down a flight of stairs (no lift) but not an issue for us, great location near the underground with lots of restaurants, cafes, a Tesco, M&S Food and a Sainsbury’s round the corner. Lovely trip overall - would recommend and stay here again!

The staff was excellent and helpful when our initial room was 7 floors up with no elevator. They were very helpful when they found us a room in the Phoenix, their primary hotel next door . The room there was excellent. This hotel has a lift and the breakfast room is in this building. Please note neither have air conditioning or a small bar fridge which would be nice to store some water bottles cold. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the underground and restaurants .
