Hotel is in a great location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were all helpful and polite and accommodating. Spa area was good and the treatments were excellent although the treatment rooms have thin walls so a family shouting in the pool for an hour drowning out the spa calming music was not the most relaxing experience! Would definitely come back to the hotel.

I had stayed in the area before, so I knew it was a super convenient location with a lot of food options nearby, easy walking to shopping and some sights, and great bus and tube options for traveling across town. This was my first time at NYX, and we really enjoyed it. The decor is fun and funky, the staff is lovely, good facilities in the rooms. Will definitely stay again next visit to London.

What a wonderful hotel! Truly everything has been thought of, down to the smallest detail, to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful. Because of my birthday we received nice surprises in the room. Everything radiates attention and class.
