We arrived early and our room was available. Quiet position although opposite the lift but hotel seemed quiet so not an issue. Amenities in the room were excellent and there was a turn down service which was unexpected but a great service. Hotel is well placed for designer shopping and there is a roof top bar just round the corner. Would recommend and certainly would stay again.

Everyone is always so friendly and willing to help. The rooms and the property is beyond clean . Absolutely spotless. I was very pleased to see a change in the hotel restaurant which is now a French bistro. This really is a place to call home when you are in London .

Note that there is a service charge applied at the property which is not shown on the hotels.com pricing/confirmation. This adds about 5% to the bill. The property is in an excellent location. Both the public areas and the rooms are modern, well presented and well maintained. Staff are very professional. We were very happy with almost all aspects of our room. A minor complaint would be the shower is over the bath and there is no way of turning it on without getting caught by the initial cold blast of water. There are also no towel rails in the bathroom which result in towels being changed unnecessarily. Breakfast was included in our deal but it was a strange one ... you can have either the continental OR one of the hot dishes. If you want both then you pay a supplement. Vegan and dairy options could be improved for the continental offering.

Clean room, very friendly and accommodating staff, the lady who cleaned our room on 2 November 2025 deserves recognition for her honesty, I accidentally forgot the safe door completely open, there was US dollars cash and a gold cuff link in it, we came back and there was not a single thing missing. The gentleman originally from Syria went out of his way to help us get directions to our uber driver, etc

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic stay for our wedding anniversary. The check in was a great experience, staff were very attentive. They helped organise flowers, balloons and chocolates on our arrival. We upgraded the room to an executive suite and we were impressed with the room. We had breakfast delivered to our room for £10 fee and it was very tasty. Check out was simple and we would definitely choose to stay again. Thank you to the team for a memorable stay.
