Clean room, quirky layout to the hotel based around musicals which made the hotel much more interesting. Comfortable large bed, and pleasant communal areas. Breakfast, although only continental (no cooked options), was nicely presented and very tasty. Staff were friendly and welcoming and happily stored my bag after i checked out.

Clean, quiet room despite being next to the elevator. Limited choice of TV channels with no channel guide we could get to work. No hand towels or facial tissues in the room but great location and reasonable price for the area. Breakfast was good but limited vegan/gf choices. Would have been nice to have some hot food choices on the buffet such as grilled veg/tomatoes, baked beans, mushrooms, etc. The breakfast tables are a little small and cramped together but overall a nice hotel, well located, and good value for central London.

Loved the customer service from staff at check in and truly loved the fresh breakfast and especially the staff attending us during breakfast, they were all so welcoming and respectfull, always smiling and willing to attend, they were all very professional.
