The room was very clean and quiet with room size larger than central London hotels. The lighting was appalling and needs to be improved. The healthy continental breakfast (extra charge) is excellent. All staff very friendly. We arrived an hour before check-in time. Our room was ready but you either pay an extra 10 pounds for access or wait. Not happy with that !.
