We've stayed here many times over the past few years. Sadly, the property is already showing wear, which is disappointing given that it's relatively new. Staff are pretty uninterested overall- not unhelpful, but not particularly invested. In this case, an early-morning fire alarm prompted the entire hotel to evacuate, with no staff on hand to assist or answer questions. This may be a health and safety issue here in the UK. BTW, there was no fire or smoke. Which is a good thing.
