Nice hotel, conveniently located near tube and overground stations, in central Shepherd’s Bush. Convenient parking and direct entrance to hotel 1st floor via W12 car park around the other side of the block. Would gladly stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the property was quiet, which made for an excellent night’s sleep. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and I felt completely safe thanks to the building’s strong security measures. The hotel also offers an on-site restaurant and bar, which was very convenient. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the tube station and close to plenty of shopping facilities. Our room was clean and staff accommodating as we needed to change our room to a twin bed. Breakfast was lovely and well stocked with plenty of choice other than for vegetarians which was disappointing. This hotel is ideal for setting yourself central with access to all transport systems.

Ibis is a budget hotel chain but lately this location has gotten more expensive especially outside of low season. The rooms don’t have many amenities, but makes an efficient use of its limited size with table space and even a small bench. The staff don’t always refill the soap dispensers, I ended up buying my own from the dollar store. The best part of staying here is the location with lots of shopping nearby as well as easy tube access. The new Elizabeth Line has made getting to the hotel from Heathrow much easier than in the past.
