Ideal location for the Shepherds Bush Empire, we forgot a phone charger so the reception staff were super helpful and let us have a free coffee while we charged our phone, lovely, friendly staff, great location, clean, quiet comfortable room

We stayed here, for the second time, as it was nearby for a gig at The Shepherds Bush Empire. The hotel was easy walking distance from the station and close to shops, pubs etc. I would definitely stay here again if I’m at the SBE.

The staff were really helpful, the room was clean and comfortable too. The breakfast was good and there were lots of choices. The location was so handy as it’s close to two tube stops and there’s lots of restaurants and the mall close by.

Ibis Shepherds Bush is a good location for West London. The staff are very helpful. But the amenities are minimal, the rooms feel quite bare and unwelcoming. There are no latches to secure the bedroom door which I didn’t like. They need to adjust their prices because value is not represented here.

The lobby, bar and reception area were clean and modern. Staff were helpful and friendly. The issue was the room which was on the third floor but was so hot. The window fudge open much and the air cooling system only worked for a few hours then just stopped so the room got hotter all night. The bathroom was a plastic pod like a caravan! The door had to be pulled and banged shut which was odd and very loud. Made the experience feel very cheap.
