I travel solo a lot and this was probably one of my favourite stays! The staff were truly so so welcoming and friendly - literally every member of staff I encountered. It made my stay so much more enjoyable. I would 100% stay here again!

Very pleasant hotel, well situated for the O2. Easy to get to on the Elizabeth line. Very reasonably priced too, and a nice breakfast. We've stayed several times and it's a good base for local things and visiting central London. The riverboat is a fun way to get to central London.

Great stay here again, room was clean and breakfast was great. Staff are really lovely especially during busy event weekends! The only down side is the lift, one seemed to be broken and left me waiting with my large suitcase for 35 minutes to get down stairs as it was so busy.

If you're working anywhere along the Elizabeth Line or DLR - it's right by Custom House Station - this is such a handy hotel, and usually much more competitively priced than in the centre. The rooms are comfy and there's a great reception / lounge area downstairs. Lovely front desk staff when I used it recently.
