Staff were really friendly and helpful. Had a good laugh which was nice. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. We had an accessibility room which was nice but would have preferred non slip mats in the room without having to go get them. Other than that it was honestly perfect. Will 100% be using again. The room had a lovely view of the river too. Highly recommend.
