Very interesting hotel. Nothing bad. But an interesting hotel. The room reminds me of a camper. Great location with tons to do near by. I would definitely go back. Only downside is price at the restaurant, drastically higher than other places near by.

A pleasant stay

I very much enjoyed my stay. The room was fine, the view of the houses of parliament and the London Eye was great, breakfast catered for all tastes and the staff were friendly.

Close to the Waterloo Station, The Tate, great location. Pretty affordable for a London hotel with a good location. Breakfast buffet was big, with lineups in the morning. Not a fan of their scrambled eggs. I believe they are powdered and rehydrated, with an odd texture

Great location, nice hotel

Very close to tube, and convenient hotel to everywhere. If you come from stanstted airport take national bus which is 5 minute to hotel. Good breakfast , nice quiet rooms. Definetely will stay here again.

Great staff, breakfast, room, and location.

The rooms had been recently redone very nicely. The bed was very comfortable, the chair comfortable, and the room was well laid out, so there was plenty of room. The room cleaning staff was excellent. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was sumptuous. There was something for everybody. So worthwhile! The location is fantastic, very close to Tate Modern. I was totally pleased with my stay there.

Overall positive experiance, but we got double charged for the room, luckily i checked my card after trip and i contacted expedia agent which was helpful to solve the problem.

Check in very quick and easy. Room clean and good size. Comfortable bed and extra pillow if needed. Good shower. Lovely breakfast lots of choice and regularly topped up. Close to underground station Was able to leave our bags after check for a few hours which was great for our last minute sightseeing.
