Excellent simple hotel. Shame about the disgusting state of the footpath between the Ibis and the Ibis Budget - full of debris and litter. If the management cannot persuade the council to clean this area surely they can organise cleaning themselves.

The stay was nice and quiet I had a good night sleep but the only thing is that the tv volume should be a little higher that’s all apart from that I will definitely come back again.

It is about a 15 minute walk from barking station (less if you know the way). The room was quiet and in general it was a very relaxing stay. Only issue was that the room keys tend to stop working (the lady at reception said this happens if you put it in your pocket with your phone).

Service and staff were fairly good; very helpful on check in . However the hotel itself seems old , shower door paint was chipped , carpet could do with vacuuming and felt threadbare.
