Staff was very polite and assisted with carrying luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast selection was mediocre, but what breakfast there was, was fine. Short walk to Paddington Station, so very convenient, and close to good restaurants.

It was very nice, we encounter an episode with an unhappy customer who was suggesting to find a different hotel, we decided to keep our reservation and were glad, we did! Please don’t go by the reviews, people sometimes are mean and bad review could ruin a business, just because things don’t go their way, we had an amazing stay!

Quiet, comfortable bed, room smelled a little musty at first. It was much better after we closed the window. Layout of hotel was weird. So many stairs and doors. It was a labyrinth. In case of a fire couldn't get out fast enough.

One night stay for a football match and an early train home. Ideal location 15 mins from Paddington station and close to Queensway tube. Single room, comfy bed and a nice size bathroom. Check in and out was quick and easy.

Our stay was short due to train and flight times. Room was comfortable for our family of four. Kids had their own bed each and we had ample space for luggage. Was nice to have the option for a continental breakfast at the property.

Service was poor, unfortunately. We didn’t feel welcomed at all. Asking for a duvet made a staff member explain several reasons why they can’t provide one for a customer who paid for the stay. Maybe checking your attitude could make a pleasant change. Room was spacious and well equipped. Nice surroundins and reachable location in many ways.

Property was well located and walkable to and from Paddington or Baywater stations. Rooms were decent, but the hotel did not have an elevator so our bags were brought up to our rooms. Staff were kind and helpful, and continental breakfast offered with the room was good.

Great, central location and quiet neighbourhood. Unfortunately it was not good value for money. For the hefty prices I expected more. The room was smaller than expected, and my friend got a much bigger room for the same price (was suppose to be the same size). To have a shower I had to hold the shower head as it was kind of falling off the wall. Could not fill water bottle in the sink either. Room was also boiling hot, even though it was cool-ish outside. Staff could be friendlier. Breakfast selection was poor.
