Transport links were great There were issues around the security deposit which I have never had with any other bookings. This was eventually resolved but caused a great deal of stress.

Would haven given 5 stars, but no air conditioning and no elevator. The location was great...close to Paddington Station with many restaurants and shops in the area. Room was very nice....comfy bed and good kitchen supplies. Its in a quiet neighborhood.

No reception desk, so any questions are answered by remote assistant. The dryer did not work during our stay (I didn’t find this out until after running a load of wash), so I had to use the Laundromat down the street to dry my clothes. There was also construction in the next apartment during our stay, which was very loud the management did not make us aware of this. It started before 9am and stopped usually around 2 so any chance of sleeping in wasn’t really an option. Decently priced, and a fine room- but would look elsewhere with plenty of other options in this area

I do NOT recommend a stay here due to the complex procedure for receiving the access (key)code which required several phone calls at night while we stood helplessly at the entrance trying to get in. Very aggravating and time consuming. In addition the so-called "flat" turned out to be a tiny cramped room located in the basement and was hot--there was no cross ventilation at all from the one barred window. The bed linens were also stained. Shower was too tiny/narrow for any adult! Very expensive for what it was. Only plus was that it was walking distance from Paddington. There are plenty of other small hotels on nearby streets--suggest you check those out instead if you want to stay in this neighborhood.

Overall a good stay in a clean little apartment in a very convenient location. Good accommodation for families, although our neighbours were a bit loud. Accommodation had everything we needed for our stay, but some of the facilities weren't brilliant (toaster didn't work properly and one of the windows didn't close all the way).

Nice place to stay, awesome location, close of hyde park, restaurants and food store a few feet away, close enough of downtown, it is small but comfortable. Mention to Hicham (staff) waited for us for a couple hours due flight delay

Cuando hicimos la reserva era en el 8, de Craven Hills y después llegó un correo indicando que nos esperaban en el 10 de Craven Hills Gardens. Otra calle, otro edificio. Reservé en el primero ya que lo conocía de otras ocasiones y me gusta pero no entendí este cambio y no me dieron ninguna explicación. El apartamento sucio, encontramos papeles debajo de la cama, la vajilla sucia. La ducha del baño necesitada de una limpieza profunda desde hace unos meses. Un olor desagradable a humedad al entrar al estudio, aún seguían allí las toallas mojadas de los anteriores usuarios y allí siguieron. Para hacerlo recomendable necesita muchas mejoras.

Veldig bra med kjøkken når en reiser med barn. Passe størrelse for 3 personer. Minus at kjøleskap og stikkontakter er på samme sikring, for det klarte den ikke. Kunne ikke bruke kjøleskapet, og lade telefoner eller annet som gikk på stikkontakter samtidig.Det bør fikses.

Definitely echo the other negative reviews on this place. I'm at a loss as to why it has so many good reviews. Firstly, it wasn't so easy to find. There is no "Hyde Park Apartments" sign, just a street number. Secondly, I was asked the property name for which I'd booked. On the wall in reception there are two signs, one for Hyde Park Apartments and another for Paddington Apartments. I find this a little suspicious as there was no obvious separation between two accommodations, they appeared to be the same, but operating under two names (perhaps rebranding once their reviews slide?). The room was simply OK, but very much on the small side. There were no bedside tables, so I had to pop my water and phone on the floor. The TV had awful signal, but randomly there was an aerial socket on the opposite wall. The TV remote was really very grubby, like it had never been cleaned. There were two spotlights above the mirror in the bathroom that I had no idea how to turn off, so light filtered out into the room under the door crack at night (I had to wedge a towel there to block it out). The shower head wouldn’t stay up and kept sliding down. I mean, I’m really running out of characters here! The aparthotel may respond to this with a generic company response/comeback saying they wish I’d let them know or they’ll strive to improve. I travel all the time for work and I know by now what’s good and what’s not. For your money, you're much better off finding somewhere else. Simple.

Self-catering stay in great location

Great location close to Paddington Station. Our apartment (no 9) was on the second floor at the rear of the building. No lift, but we were prepared for that. The small kitchen was suited to our needs. The room had a new sleeper couch that is fine for a child. The only negative is the noise that is very loud from the room above when the occupants merely walk around or move their dining chairs and from those walking on the staircase.
