The location is convenient- near bus stops, easpecially Liverpool Street station, near the tube underground, near central london , also with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, room is big , spacious and clean , very helpful and professional staff, very good air conditioning. I like the big towels, and the open shower with a chair for added safety feature.

Cleanliness throughout very good. Bed comfortable but pillows a little too soft for my liking. Breakfast offerings very good. Only disappointing bit, we walked back thinking we’d use the top floor bar, but it was closed due to a private party.

A welcoming and friendly checking team greeted us. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. There could have been more replenishments of water and teas and coffees given the weather temperature. The breakfast was plentiful and with lots of choice.
