Very good hotel within walking distance of East Aldgate underground station. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Rooms are sufficient for a London stay. Would definitely recommend!!

I enjoy staying in the east end of London because of its multicultural community. While the area outside isn’t the best, the rooms are immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are pristine.

Hotel is very convenient for public transportation especially for ones who use subway/tube. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bunch of decent restaurants near by in walking distance. It will be my hotel of choice next time.

The options were average. Some breakfast items didn't meet Hyatt standard. I was underwhelmed. The view from room wasn't particularly pleasant. Thw vibe was off. The room was fine, but the main entrance and downstairs to check-in is a bit different and inconvenience.
