The hotel staff, specifically Tareek and Bary, were incredibly helpful! If I needed advice on something around the city, they’d help! The lounge is cozy and the taps are cold. The room itself is simple but SO clean and comfortable! Would absolutely stay again. Cheers!

Omg I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, Shouaib / Tarek were so helpful and kind . I loved the breakfast : they asked for any allergies and prepared my meal separately. Sherifa the house keeper was very sweet. She kept my room clean . She provided me with extra towels as requested. I would definitely come back to this hotel . I’m very Happy with my stay ! I will definitely recommend it . It was my first time in London !

Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was excellent and offered a good start to the day. The room was comfortable, though there were a few downsides: only one chair in a double room, very limited storage, and a tiny clothes rack tucked into a narrow space that barely fits a jacket. A couple of improvements would make the stay more pleasant.

Steps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back when we visit London next time.

The only amazing thing about the hotel is the location and access to the tube. Otherwise the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on in my life. Cleaning was bad. For two people, they only left one set of towels. Bathroom door was broken and we couldn’t close it. Shower curtain was broken. It wasn’t possible to open the window to get a good ventilation in the room. We asked for the room to be cleaned and they didn’t even take the garbage out. Also to be fair, the staff had good attitude, but it doesn’t really matter when every thing else is horrible.

The room was warm and cozy also updated in the latest technologies. I didnt have to get up to switch up lights or charge my phone. I could dim the light as i fit or change to reading light. I dont have to put do not disturb sign , i only have to press a button. The only down side is that they have no ice machine on the floors. I had to go get it at the reception downstairs, also there are no fridge , so my food could not be stored. I had to throw it out. But i will stay again ...staff were welcoming.
