We enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, right across from Paddington Station and close to many attractions! The staff was friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Super nice & helpful staff. Really good daily breakfast. We booked a larger lower-level room and it was perfect for our needs. My only issue: no towel hooks or safety bars in the bathroom & no top sheet on the bed. Additionally, it would have been nice to have hair conditioner as well as the soap / shampoo. The location was perfect! Overall good value for the money.

The room had only a few sheets of toilet paper. Requested more in the morning. By late afternoon still no paper. Tracked a maid down. Did not understand English. Took 2 rolls of paper off the cart myself. Otherwise, I thought the showers were great. Hot as you want it. The lighting controls were handy and percise. The bed was extremely comfortable. The anytime coffee at the desk was great. Will be back again.

Great for my solo trip. AC was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. Very clean and the room controls being on the headboard was cool. My only complaint was the basement level which is the floor my room was on had absolutely zero cell service. Their wifi was pretty good thankfully so I could at least still FaceTime/iMessage

Overall, the Hub was very, very contemporary and functional. Although I had a really small room, I had everything I needed, the room was well thought out and I enjoyed my stay. Because I was doing a trip around the world and I was traveling solo, it was super important that I be close to public transportation. I loved the fact that I was right across the street from the rail! Being dropped off from the airport at night and feeling safe, and being able to get to the airport in return so easily was a huge benefit for me!

Hub rooms are tiny but very well designed, taking good advantage of space. We enjoyed the lounge area and made good use of the free tea and coffee. It was a pleasant place to eat our take out breakfasts. Location is outstanding as all forms of public transport are right outside the door and there are plenty of interesting places for a morning walk.

The hotel room was very fancy and really nice. Although I missed the windows as the hotel was located in the basement. The hotel room was small, but had many good solutions to make the most out of it, and the value for money in London was good. Breakfast was very nice.

Lovely place, filtered water and complimentary coffee at reception. The coffee was delicious! Excellent vegan breakfast options, and lovely and sweet staff. The only downside was that the room was too cold, and there is no heater.
