The location is fantastic with many theatres and other attractions nearby. The room was clean but tiny and the staff was very nice and helpful. The main issue was the extra cost Breakfast which Expedia's page calls a Top Rated Breakfast. Even upon checking in they called it a Continental Breakfast with nothing hot (unless you count coffee or adding hot water to a packet of something). Breakfast was minimal and not worth the added cost.

The property is clean, well-maintained and well located. The staff was helpful, even though we arrived late for our checkin—they were friendly and quite helpful. Although we knew what to expect with the size of the room, other travelers might be surprised to know it’s very small—even by UK standards. However, the room takes advantage of maximum available space and the bathroom is more than adequate with a nice sized shower with great water pressure and good lighting. I have stayed in this same chain in different locations, and it’s fine if you are well acquainted with the person you’re rooming with. You do have to do some maneuvering over each other if you have a lot of luggage. Although the bed is a double, the mattress is heavy enough that it’s nearly impossible to disrupt the other person when moving around unless you tend to splay yourself out. Do note that the person against the wall will have to climb over the other person to get out of bed in the middle of the night. But for the price, amenities and location—it cannot be beat and is worth the minor inconveniences!

Our room wasn't the cleanest - in the sense that the rugs had stains and the corners of the floors were kind of gross - but I guess that makes sense with it being used mainly for wheelchairs. The TV also glowed the first night, but it was fixed after we pointed it out. What made this stay was the staff - friendly, efficient and helpful. They were doing more than their best. The bed itself, which was quite large, was also quite comfortable. But to the owners - please remember... Just because someone is differently abled, it shouldn't mean that they should not also have clean and modern things.

I stayed at Premier Inn at Covent Garden for 5 nights. It usually takes me a few days to get over jet lag and get used to the new surroundings. The bed was comfortable and firm and slept like a baby for all nights I was there. The weighted blanket and the working AC helped put me to sleep. My room was on the third floor facing the back so even though I was right in the middle of the London city centre, there was not much street and city noise. Yes, the rooms are small, but efficiently sufficient. I happened to have occupied the accessible room so I have a lot more space to maneuver. The hotel is conveniently situated close to great restaurants, bars, and shops.

Location is excellent and very accessible to three different tube stations. It’s a small hotel and staff were friendly enough. They have tea and coffee set up 24/day which was nice to have. The bed was very comfortable and the room was small but efficient with lots of charging ports. My only issue is the cleanliness. Thankfully the sheets were clean but the carpets were disgusting and the single chair in the room was so dirty it could not be used. There was hair stuck to the back of the toilet and the floors and glass walls were very dirty. Bring shoes to wear inside to avoid touching the carpet! Would I stay again, yes for location and comfortable bed. They need to step up and fix the cleanliness!

Definitively the location is unmatched for those looking to explore London's main tourist attractions. Rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable if you and your better half are not used to stay in very reduced spaces. Definitively not recommended if you need a desk to work remotely while you are there (there's none) or if you are traveling with large suitcases (really no room for them). There is no safe for your valuables in the room. The same breakfast is €2 cheaper per person if purchased on site than if pre-booked at the time of making the hotel reservation, and is of the light category, there is not "full English" breakfast available. Plenty of breakfast options elsewhere on the same street. Staff are very friendly and accomodating.

Review of Hub by Premier Inn – London The Hub is located in a very busy and vibrant part of London, making it an excellent base for exploring the city on foot and experiencing London at street level. Its central location is undoubtedly its biggest advantage. However, the accommodation itself was disappointing. The rooms are extremely small, with only a tiny window that lets in a little natural light and offers virtually no outside view. It is functional for sleeping but not a place where you would enjoy spending much time. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the common area, including the bar, was pleasant and transformed into the breakfast area in the morning. Unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. The receptionist was rather loud and not particularly welcoming. Breakfast was also below average, consisting mainly of cold items. When I enquired whether freshly prepared eggs were available, the staff member responded abruptly, which left a poor impression. My first day brought an unexpected experience. I noticed a red cord hanging in the bathroom and, out of curiosity, pulled it. Within moments, there was a loud knock on my door. I later realized that I had been allocated an accessible room for guests with disabilities, and the red cord was an emergency assistance alarm. As an active traveller, I was surprised that this type of room had been assigned to me without any explanation. Overall, if your priority is a centrally located, clean place

We stayed at the Hub by Premier Inn Covent Garden for 5 nights and we were very pleased. While the room is quite small, we didn't spend much time in it, and it was efficiently laid out to allow for maximum use of space (e.g., pull-out luggage rack under bed). We did end up "flipping" the pillows to the other end of the bed to allow for both of us to use the shelf as a nightstand, since the mattress was against 2 sides of the room. The hotel was a quick walk from 2 Underground stations as well as a bus stop, with many dining/bar options available within walking distance as well. Additionally, we were very pleased with the staffs quick response to an issue on our first night - our air conditioner unit was dripping and creating a large puddle on the carpet. We spoke to the staff and they immediately moved us to another room. They were very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend!

We did not enjoy our stay here. The overall cleanliness is not to standard. The attention to detail is missed. The room corridors look like they haven’t been clean or painted in decades. There was a piece of wig that stayed in the corridor throughout the stay. The furniture is worn and old. Requested room to be cleaned and the couldn’t even remove the trash. AC does not work correctly in any of their tiny rooms. Manager tested multiple rooms to tell us they are all the same. In a British summer heatwave, not ideal at all. Staff were friendly and location is good.
