We stayed for 5 nights and would definitely book this hotel again. It was our first trip to London and the location was awesome. Super easy to get to from Heathrow and with both the St. James & Westminster tube stations nearby it was so easy to get around. The hotel was also close enough to get to many of the sights we wanted to see on foot. The staff were kind and friendly and the breakfast was good too. Very reasonably priced with a good selection.

Good place with a great location near Westminster abbey. Rooms are small and could be a bit cleaner but breakfast was excellent. Some of the staff were friendly some where less so. Overall a good place for a couple of days.

We spent three wonderful nights at the Premiere Hub Inn and could not have asked for a better experience. The front desk staff gave us a warm, fast check-in. Our room was spotless, quiet, and featured an extremely comfortable full-size bed. The location is very central, making it easy to reach major tourist spots by foot or metro. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, which offered a great mix of hot dishes, fresh fruit, and pastries. Checkout was quick and smooth. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!"

Room was tiny but comfortable. Liked the technology used to turn lights on and off, to indicate do not disturb etc. Lovely location to Westminster Abbey and surrounding areas. Breakfast was paid and had sufficient variety.

I was impressed with how everything is organized in this hotel, 24/7 tea and coffee, after hours restaurant on property. Helpful staff. But best part is the room - I had the smallest room with no windows but the air was fresh, air conditioning working very well, bed comfy and huge compared to other hotels for a single traveler, light controls integrated into the bed. The location is perfect for exploring London
