Wonderful three night stay. Great location, smooth check in process. Luggage storage allowed per request. I was able check in early as long as a room was available for a slight fee but it was well worth it. Breakfast was great, clean room, comfortable bed.

Stating that the hotel’s location is good is a MASSIVE understatement!! This is the best location for a trip to central London! We walked everywhere and saw so much in 3 days. I would highly recommend this hotel! The pubs nearby (Blue Boar and The Sanctuary) had excellent dinner choices! I cannot say enough great things about our stay.

Great location! Walkable to all many historical locations and close to the St James tube. Check-in was simple. We opted for the Superior or bigger room and although smaller than what we’re used to, was quite sufficient with a king bed. Room was a little dated but comfortable. Breakfast was affordable and had a variety of self serve options. We stayed 7 nights and staff was wonderful. Would come back.

However; the elevators suck, extremely slow, and the room we got was very small, and lacked ventilation. If the room was slightly bigger, maybe with the bathroom in a separate room, and not next to the bed. It’d get 5 stars.
