Excellent find, right next door to Shepherds Bush Market train station, across the road from the market and a 3 minute walk from Shepherds Bush Empire (we were attending a gig). The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the reception is manned throughout the night, there is a small bar We would definitely use this hotel again ( I would ask not to be allocated rm1 which backed onto a closed courtyard which housed extractor fans so the towels and our clothes when we left smelt of cooking fat) as it is perfectly situated in a vibrant part of the area, with everything you need. The room they had wasn’t ready and moved me to a different room which they claimed didn’t have any outside noises from the street, and they were 100% it was so silent it was enjoyable. The bed was comfy, and the small space was perfect for the room, the bathroom was also a nice, clean space. Their customer service from my one night there was great, lots of choices on the drinks bar. It was a great short stay location

For starters the manager of the properrty could have been more professional. The staff should not sleep on the lobby couch at night. Also, they did NOT know anything about london and told us as visitors to Google. WHO DOES THAT?! It's their job to know about the area. Second, the hotel images of the surrounding area is very misleading. Its the trashy place i've ever seen. Last, the cleaning lady of Friday is very nice!

Staff were friendly and helped me with the room key when it stopped working Upon entering room, I noticed the bathroom was missing a handle on the outside and the inside handle was barely hanging on.
