Booked our stay through Expedia and somehow Expedia did not send the payment to the hotel before we arrived. Took a few hours for the hotel to get it straight. The location in Leicester Square is great. the room was very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant/bar has excellent views and tasty food. Surprisingly quite room to be in a busy square.

Loved the Gatsby/Art Deco inspired vibe. The room was beautiful- very big with a great sitting area - the bathroom was luxurious. I would recommend the view from the rooftop bar looking out over the Christmas ice rink in Leicester Square - it's also very well located
