A special thank you to Ibrahim, who went above and beyond with thoughtful extra touches that made my wife’s birthday feel truly special. Those little details made a huge difference and turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located right in the heart of London, yet still feels like a calm retreat from the buzz outside. The level of service throughout was outstanding and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The staff are amazing. We spent new year on the 9th floor. Rhe view was incredible of the fireworks . Our food, "finger food" was pasta, which we had 1 small bowl, it was good but never came around again with the pasta.. They did come around several times with sea bass. I don't eat seafood. Other than that, which i was expecting more, new year party was great
