The hotel was fantastic. The room was big enough for us with 3 kids. The pool was great. The kids felt comfortable. The lady that checked up in was great with the kids by talking to them and making them excited about using the pool. Breakfast was great. Will stay again.

The hotel lost power while we were there. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my boys got a hot breakfast as soon as the power was back on. Breakfast was over but they still made food for us. We truly appreciate how friendly, and accommodating the staff was. Definitely will return.

From the moment we as a family of 7 (with little kids) walked in till we checked out it was a very good experience. We travel more often so we felt it was a warmer more friendly service and the room was excellent! Kids had a great time in the pool! Arpana understands people and is definitely worth keeping as a staff. We would come back because of her alone. Great job.

Great sized room. We had the double beds + living room & kitchen. Like it was huge with loads of storage EVERYWHERE! The staff were great, helpful & very kind. I hated the bathroom, the door almost hit the toilet, it was hard to move around that but the shower was massive….i dunno it just wasn’t a well thought out bathroom. The fridge was beside the front door & that bothered me plus the fridge door swung the wrong way. Theres no cooktop but i guess you can go get a hot plate at the front desk?! Beds were ok & the linens were microfibre which bugged me because it’s manmade & doesn’t breathe well. I knew i shoulda brought by own supima cotton. The pool was great & we had it to ourselves most of the week. My son was obsessed with it.
