As a couple we stayed for four nights and had a wonderful experience our room was clean with a king size bed, speed Wi-fi. Breakfast is good. The staff are very friendly specially Erika. We love the location 5 min walk to the underground train or bus station, easy access to major landmark, lots of local restaurant nearby. walking distance to Kensington palace. if you want to stay away from the crowded area this is highly recommended.

Excellent location. Small rooms. The bathroom was tiny and the overhead shower very annoying. Soaked the floor as there wasn’t a large enough barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. The handshower worked fine. Overall would recommend for a somewhat reasonably priced hotel in expensive London. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

The room was clean, but there was no place to recharge my phone unless I went down to the cafe across from the front desk which had lots of charging stations. The full English breakfast was good, but dinner was only served in the lounge. There was an umbrella rental for 3 pounds for 48 hours. On Saturday night nobody answered to give a wake up call. The staff in charge of the luggage was very helpful. All staff was loving and kind.
