One block from Russell Square station , Tesco Express and Pret a Manger. Easy access to LHR by Picadilly tube line. EXCELLENT staff and breakfast. I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed.

Love the nespresso in the room. Love the breakfast. Great proximity to euston station. Great proximity to coram fields which is great for kids. My daughter was given a spin a the wheel on arrival and won a teddy bear. Allocated the room 2 hours early. A great choice.

The rooms are clean and cleaned daily, except if you do not want them. The staff are quite helpful, and most importantly, the hotel is located close to anything of interest to tourists. I wish my room had a microwave. Aside from that, it is real value for money.

This is a newly refurbished hotel in an excellent, central location. I was surprised how quiet it was in the rooms considering the central location. Staff could not have been more helpful. It’s also on the Piccadilly Line which means there are no changes from Heathrow. I will return!

The holiday Inn is undergoing a full renovation at the moment, the room I stayed in was brand new and finished to a high standard, I didn’t eat at the hotel but the newly renovated restaurant looks good, once all the work is complete the hotel should be excellent. Also friendly staff and plenty of parking in the underground car park.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and fresh with all the relevant conveniences available. We appreciated the central location, especially being close to two metro stations and the convenience store across the road. Above all, the restaurant and bar were an added plus that made our stay very enjoyable.

We were very lucky to be given an upgrade, as the receptionist recognised us as regular guests. All the staff were very friendly and several recognised us from previous visits. The buffet breakfast was excellent as usual. We will be visiting again.

Nicely renovated room with strong air conditioning, kettle and mugs for tea and smart tv with Netflix. It was a bit small for a family of four with luggage, but we were mostly out sightseeing so size was manageable for a few nights. Would have liked if there was a mini fridge in the room, I thought there was when I had booked but turned out there wasn’t one. Thankfully for cold water refills the bar staff happily put ice and water in our bottles for us. Breakfast looked good, but was quite expensive for us with the exchange from CDN to GBP so we didn’t opt in for it. Wish it would’ve been included in the stay for the price point of the rooms. Location was great, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and easy walk to tube station and nearby neighborhoods. We walked to soho, covent gardens and west end shows.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice our stop was here. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the rooms so clean and comfortable. It’s a very nice modern clean Holiday Inn. We arrived early and were told our room was ready. The 12 check was so handy too and we used the bag drop off confidently. I will book here again with no hesitation.
