A very convenient location. Handy for travel links. We wee attending ABBA Voyage and it was easily walkable to the stadium. With Stratford rail links also a short walk. The hotel was peaceful and the breakfast plentiful. Overall a really comfortable stay.

The property was accessible to transportation which was ideal for getting into London centre. It was also ideal getting to Heathrow. Staff were very helpful and always friendly including staff at breakfast. Having a mall nearby was also helpful.

The staff members were friendly, very helpful and wonderful ambassadors for the hotel. Comfortable room, the evening food was tasty, hot and served very soon after ordering, also very nice wine!! Good choice of options for breakfast. All in all there was nothing more which we could have asked for from our stay and we would use this chain and especially this hotel again.

Hotel and staff are 100 percent very helpful and very friendly we came to London at kings Cross Station then whent to the underground (BIG MISS STAKE should have go to St Pancras to Stratford International station 7 minutes and then a 15 minute walk to the hotel would have been the better option.
