What a great stay, we loved the hotel, everyone was friendly and helpful, great atmosphere, and had everything we would need, including an amazing breakfast. We liked the neighborhood, it’s a bit of a trek to get into central London if that what you’re wanting, but very easy, even with two kids in tow. Loved exploring Kew gardens right across the river and had a lovely walk down the canal right outside the hotel. Try the Indian food across the street, loved it.

The location is great. Lots of good restaurants close by, beautiful locks, and access to walking. The rooms need upgrading, so they come across as rough along the edges. But it wouldn’t stop me from staying again. I had a patio room and the patio was wonderful. Close to Heathrow. Adequate breakfast.

The breakfast was refreshed on a regular basis which kept it fresh. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The only negative was that there was only one lift in operation as the other was not in use.

The room was clean overall but very dated and in need of an upgrade. There were no plug sockets close to the beds for example, a very small old TV and a bathroom that had definitely seen better days. The air conditioning was also barely functioning, which wasn’t very comfortable on the hottest day of the year! Breakfast was acceptable but nothing special, but the staff were attentive and helpful when approached. The ability to store luggage before check in and after check out was particularly useful.
