Upon front check in desk, was served by the lady staff( long dark hair )who sits right the end of checking counter. Check in was ok , but not feeling welcoming, no greeting but personally think she is judging by appearance which is very disappointing with this hotel staff. However, upon checking out was served by a very friendly man staff with big smile and polite and helping us to validate the car registration for the car park. Room is spaces ,good size swimming pool jacuzzi , with steam and sauna room, changing room with locker storage and shower. Good location and highly recommended if staying for events or short break!
