Several lights in the room didn’t work, and the staff didn’t know which switches were supposed to control them. But otherwise the stay was great. The staff was very helpful, and the hotel is in an excellent location: there are several restaurant options nearby, multiple transit stops, and several parks are not too far away.

The elevators are very slow, and a few of them didn't seem to be working properly. Other than that, the staff were helpful and the room was nice.

The Underground was 3 mins walk to Edgware Stop, lots of places to get coffee and meals and there is a Mark & Spencer opposite!!! The Evelator on the West Wing was a bit tricky and they didnt re stock my room on our last 2 daus but upon request it was done promptly. I wpuld definitely rebook here.

We selected this hotel for our stay in London because of its location and previous positive experiences at Hilton hotels. The location was close to key metro/train stations which was extremely convenient. The room itself was okay-the bathroom was small and clearly needed some extra attention. There were hard water stains in the shower area and the plumbing made a screaching sound when adjusting the temp and pressure. The bed was comfy, butroom size was smaller than expected.

Our family stayed here on a recent trip to London, the hotel was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is located right next to an underground station and some great place to eat. When we come back to London we will definitely stay here again.

The staff are great. The room was good. We had a lack of heat issues first night and it was repaired promptly I did have an issue trying to exit the underground. The app would not accept payment. I pressed the buttin on the gate. No answer. I called security! No answer!!! I noticed the other gate was wobbly, so I checked this arm and it had been previous broken so I moved it and drove through. I let the front desk know

Our 4th time staying here in the past 12 months. Love the skace, proximity to two underground and two bus stops, tons of dining options in immediate neighborhood, express Sainsbury and Tesco within walking distance *and* a Marks&Spencer's stor and food court across the road one way and a pharmacy across the other (plus hospital nearby!) . Everything you could possibly need and want on a trip from 30 seconds to 5 mins away. And the hotel itself is lovely. Wouldnt stay anywhere else in London.

Dated and tired hotel rooms

Hotel looked quite nice, sadly the room lets it down. AC didnt work, and engineer never came to fix it (on hotest day of the year!). Shower curtain missing, and light bulbs gone in a couple of lights. Location of hotel is pretty good.

Conveniently located. Friendly staff.

Conveniently located near the British Museum and Buckingham palace. Walkable to most points of interest in London (even Sherlock Holmes residence). The hotel staff were kind and friendly. Check in and check out were both quick processes.
