The staff were all very friendly, literally staff member (something not that common these days). The room was clean. Most importantly the bed was incredibly comfortable! If you're going to Hyde park this is an excellent location. It's pricey but you get what you pay for.

Our last few days of a three-week vacation in the UK were made very nice by the quality of the staff and accommodations (room cleanliness, meals, and more) of this hotel. The concierge staff were particularly top notch. It was a perfect location as a home base in Central London with great subway, bus, and taxi access to all our final touring activity. The hotel also serves a wonderful international community of travelers and we enjoy being in this kind of environment.
