The hotel is facing Hyde Park and very near two different tube stations. Since we happened to be there on a very warm day, we were glad for the air conditioning. The included breakfast was good and had sufficient options for my vegan diet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to answer all our questions. We got there before check-in time on an oven flight from the United States, and while our room was not yet ready, we were able to leave our bags with them while we went out to explore Hyde Park.

The hotel was in a perfect location for easy access to the whole of London by tube. The staff were very friendly and helpful and could not do enough for you. We got there early in the morning to drop our bag off and we were very surprised to be get checked in there and then. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of breakfast items to choose from including fresh Omelettes and Porridge to order. Room was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would like highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there again on our next visit.

The french restaurant was very good. The lift was painfully slow. The floorboards in the room made noise as you walked to the bathroom at night The mattress was squeaky if a person got into the bed or turned over during the night keeping waking a light sleeper.
