The staff were all very welcoming and very helpful. We loved our bar experience with cocktails and mocktails. The breakfast buffet was amazing over our Easter break. Our room was amazing from the comfort of our twin beds to the bathroom. Chose this hotel because it had a great location, easy access to the tube station a short walk away and it had a heated swimming pool. Although I found the pool temperature a little cool and refreshing it was still a lovely addition to our stay. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making a short stay so enjoyable.

The property is great. Love the fox theme. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff and decor really nice. They were doing construction on the outside of the building and drilling literally outside our window on 2 separate days. We called down and they offered us use of the executive lounge, but said there was nothing else they could do.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Really, the location was perfect and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The place is modern and the restaurant was delicious. I recommend the sticky toffee pudding. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but it is London. The location was really perfect for us, we walked to the Tate, the millennium bridge, the London Eye and Borough Market. The underground is a short walk away and you can get anywhere in the city from there or a bus nearby. We have already recommended this place to friends and will definitely be back. The staff were all fantastic too!
