I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Convenient location and had good amenities as they provide herbal tea bags. Quick and easy check in / checkout. Cannot complain for the price, I would stay here again.

Clean room but paper thin walls. Overall excellent location, friendly staff and good breakfast consisting of croissants, pain au chocolates, cereal, coffee, tea, OJ, yogurt and some fruits. Recommend for short stays and 2 minute walk to Earl’s Court stn which takes you directly to Heathrow on the Piccadilly line.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel for a girls’ trip, and honestly, we don’t understand the negative reviews at all! We had the family/triple room with one double bed and one sofa bed. We arrived around midnight and were welcomed by very friendly staff. Our room (Room 3) was much more spacious than we expected after reading reviews saying the rooms were tiny. The toilet and shower were separate, which was great. The shower was a little small, but the water was warm and everything worked perfectly. We had also read comments about bad smells, but our room smelled completely fine. The hallways even had a pleasant vanilla-like smell. My friend found the sofa bed uncomfortable, so we asked reception if they could add an extra mattress. When we returned a few hours later, it had already been sorted. Great service! The location is fantastic, with the Tube station less than a 2-minute walk away. There was occasionally some hallway noise, but it’s an older building, so that’s understandable. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 3-night stay, but we honestly didn’t mind. Fresh towels were available whenever we asked. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Friendly staff, a spacious and clean room, and an amazing location. And honestly, 3 nights for £100 per person in Kensington is an absolute steal! If you expect luxury, you’ll need a bigger budget. For the price, location and what you get, we’d definitely stay here again!

Nice clean hotel staff were very friendly. Only would say mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and bunk beds creaked over all amazing location with everything you need on your door step will hopefully be coming back
