Good for a quick overnight stay. Decent breakfast. Room with double bed and sofa bed was really small. Sleeps three but not enough space generally for three people to move around. Staff were all really pleasant.

We really enjoyed the hot buffet breakfast. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was small though cosy. Secure public parking across the street with reduced rate for guests was convienient.

Family room very small. Limited space to move. The carpet in the room and the common area need a good clean. If you need a bed for a night or two or travelling alone, it is fine. Stayed at the Docklands hampton, it was a much much better experience. In short I wouldn't stay here again.

The lady Fran or Frans at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. She made our stay really nice especially with directions and how to get around on the train. Breakfast was really good. Beautiful hotel and convenient to shops and trains.
