Excellent value and great staff

Friendly, polite and welcoming staff. Staff kept us informed on the status of our food order. Food was delicious and great value for money. Plenty of parking available. Room was fabulous loved the rain shower. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

My stay was okay for a 1 night stop over. Didn't realize the distance from Heathrow, making the taxi very costly. Staff members was helpful in allowing me to use their charger to charge my phone because the plug in the room was loose until I purchased a charger.
