The staff is perfect! They greeted us before the door and were helpful but not intrusive, at every occasion. The location is central but quiet. I’m surprised that the Wellington is as affordable as it is. I will return. Full breakfast is worth it!

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Hotel may need minor upgrades, but it’s still a great hotel. I do wish there was a ramp at the entrance(if there was a ramp, I didn’t see it) lifting suitcases up the entrance stairs was a little inconvenient.

I honestly think this is the best London Hotel ive stayed in. Lovely room and bathroom with a fantastic shower. Good blinds and blackout curtains made the room perfect for sleep..And it was so quiet! I was very pleased with the hotel which was very conveniently located near Victoria Station in a quiet part of London. Staff was quick to change my room to a more accessible one when they saw I was temporarily disabled and needing to use a crutch. Breakfast was also very good. I will stay there again when next in London.

It is a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Nice outdoor seating. Close to transit and shops. Very comfortable twin room with a nice view. We had dinner one night there. Club sandwich was huge. Breakfast was too pricey for our appetite. Staff were gracious and helpful.

This is a gem of a hotel! It is well maintained, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. There is a good bar/sitting area and a lovely outside courtyard for drinks and dining. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed, with toiletries provided. A superb hotel in the centre of London!
