Hotel is clean and closer to shops and cafes. Staff was good, did not try breakfast. Room was nice big for four adults but the sofa bed was so disappointing. Main double bed was nice but sofa bed is not good for adult when we sleep you can feel the strings on your back of body not comfortable to sleep. I would recommend to put mattress on that not blanket . I think other all things were good.

Like many other hotels in London this has not been refurbished for quite a while. It was all very tired. There was no air conditioning and because we didn't come back until late our windows had been shut the entire time meaning the room was absolutely boiling. There were two fans in the wardrobe thank goodness but opening the windows for us would have been a nice touch. It just needs updating but was ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And it was nice to have large bath towels.

Positives: Nice, helpful staff. Clean. Good breakfast. Great location. Always felt safe as a solo traveler. Quaint. Not so positives: Very hard bed and lack of fridge made the 7 night stay challenging. Room was small but as expected. Walls are thin so could hear noise from neighbouring rooms and hallway. Would still stay again though.
