Room was small but overall good. Staff was very friendly and the loved that there was ice water located in the lounge and lobby areas. Hotel was continently located to Hyde Park, lots of restaurants, and two Underground stations which made traveling around the city very easy.

The hotel is gorgeous exterior & location is incredible - I walked almost everywhere, via the Park. Staff were good, breakfast good. Inside is dated. I managed to get a room street facing with large window, small but adequate space, bed was very comfy. Overall it served my needs as I was only there to sleep. If you prefer a hotel with more amenities & bigger room size it may not be the hotel for you. Most of the negative comments are likely with the interior or lower level rooms, and base price rooms which are tiny. I would stay again.

Been to this hotel a few times now, one of the things that always bought us back Was the excellent breakfast, but like most businesses now a days cut backs have to be made definitely a different sausage! Brilliant location close to tube central line (just around the corner) and also only 5 min walk to another tube station circle/district line and close to buses to Victoria and Marble Arch. Shops and some resturants round the corner. Beautiful lounge and dining areas. Deluxe double was very small room but very clean. Reception staffs not particulsrly helpful and gave us the wrong room no and key cards to an already occupied room, honest mistake but for two females posed a safety risk which reception staffs didn't seem concerned about.
