Simply one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. It has everything that I need, gives back to society; it’s sustainable and highly functional. The staff are amazing. On checking in, the receptionist noticed that it was going to be my birthday during my stay and gave me a gift, how sweet is that. Very close to Excel, beautiful views of the docks

Had a lovely stay here! We opted for an earlier check in which you could book on the online reservation portal. Check in was quick, easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the rooms with the water view which we enjoyed. The room had air con which was a big plus! The room was cozy, the bed was soft and we slept really well. We had breakfast at the hotel as we had to rush off early in the morning - there were lots of options and was a great start to our day. We will definitely be coming back again! :)

The room we had was ideal for one nights stay, clean, tea & coffee making facilities, decent shower, working aircon, if I was staying longer it may of been nice to have a room with a TV (there wasn’t one in the room) however for our requirements it was fine.
