The hotel was functional and clean, in a nice area with great dining options. The front desk staff was very helpful. Only taking a star off because they double charged us for the room, but they were great as soon as we pointed it out and worked to correct it.

Easy to get to from Heathrow Airport. Short walk to South Kensington station. If you have luggage and need to go to Sam Pancras International it's better to go to Gloucester Road Station, only a few stairs and the rest is all accessible via elevator. The only thing I missed was not having a mini fridge in the room.
